1. Overview These Terms of Service govern your use of visionariesrising.com and any purchases made through our store. By accessing our site or purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms. Our store is operated by Visionaries Rising, based in the United Kingdom.

2. Memberships & Subscriptions Visionaries Rising offers the following membership tiers:

  • Basic — Free access with limited features
  • Pro — Paid monthly membership with access to the level system and community spaces
  • Elite — Premium paid monthly membership at £99.99/month with full access and perks

Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis. By purchasing a membership, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

3. Cancellation You may cancel your membership at any time via your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to your membership benefits until that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

4. Digital Access & Content Upon purchasing a membership, you gain immediate access to gated digital content, community spaces, and resources corresponding to your tier. Due to the nature of digital products and services, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

5. VIP Status VIP status is an earned recognition within the Visionaries Rising community, awarded based on specific criteria. It is not a purchasable tier and does not guarantee any specific benefits beyond those communicated at the time of award.

6. Acceptable Use By joining Visionaries Rising, you agree to:

  • Treat all community members with respect
  • Not share gated content outside the community
  • Not misuse or attempt to circumvent membership access controls
  • Comply with all applicable laws

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership without refund if these terms are violated.

7. Pricing & Changes We reserve the right to modify membership pricing or tier benefits at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any changes. Continued use of your membership after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Intellectual Property All content on visionariesrising.com — including text, graphics, logos, and community resources — is the property of Visionaries Rising and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Visionaries Rising shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

10. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Points & Leaderboard Points earned through community activity (check-ins, challenges, referrals, and testimonials) are linked to your active membership. Points do not have monetary value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. If your membership is cancelled or terminated, your points balance will be frozen and will not count toward leaderboard rankings. Points are reinstated if your membership is reactivated. We reserve the right to adjust, reset, or modify the points system at any time with reasonable notice.
