How to be a Coach in Visionaries Rising

Coaching inside Visionaries Rising is a privilege — earned by those who have proven themselves. Here’s how the coaching system works and how you can become part of it.

🎯 How Coaching Works

Visionaries Rising offers 1-to-1 coaching sessions delivered by verified, approved coaches within our community. Every coach has been handpicked and certified by Visionaries Rising to ensure the highest standard of guidance.

For Clients — Getting a Coaching Session

  • Submit a coaching request form telling us what you’re working on, your goals, and your availability
  • Visionaries Rising reviews your request and matches you with the best available coach for your needs
  • Your coach reaches out to you through the Visionaries Rising platform to arrange your Zoom call
  • Pay before the call — sessions are £40 for 45 minutes with a Visionaries Coach, or £80 for 45 minutes with a VIP Coach

Visionaries Rising takes a 20% platform fee. Coaches receive 80% of each session.

🏅 How to Become a Coach

Becoming a coach in Visionaries Rising is not simply a purchase — it’s an accreditation. You must meet all of the following criteria before you can apply.

Criterion 1

Elite Member

You must hold an active Elite membership with Visionaries Rising.

Criterion 2

Strong Expertise

You must have demonstrable, deep expertise in the area you wish to coach — such as sales, business development, branding, or another specialist field.

Criterion 3

Proven Results

You must have achieved great, measurable results in your field — and be able to evidence them.

Criterion 4

Communication & Coaching Ability

You must be a confident, articulate communicator with a genuine ability to coach, guide, and inspire others.

Criterion 5

Professional Standards & Visionaries Values

You must conduct yourself to the highest professional standards and consistently embody the core values of Visionaries Rising.

Criterion 6

Pass a 10-Minute Interview

All applicants must complete a short 10-minute interview with the Visionaries Rising team as part of the approval process. Meeting the criteria does not guarantee approval.

📋 The Application Process

  1. Submit your application below, including your experience, area of expertise, and testimonials (if available)
  2. Visionaries Rising reviews your application
  3. If successful, you will be invited to a 10-minute interview
  4. Upon approval, you purchase the Visionary Coaching Certificate (£200) — a one-time payment
  5. Your coaching badge is added to your profile and you are listed as an approved Visionaries Coach
  6. Clients can now be matched with you for coaching sessions
  7. Once certified, you earn 80% of every session you deliver. Visionaries Rising retains a 20% platform fee.
