Plan Your Idea

Give your business a name and define your business idea. For this write down separately what your business is and work out the best name for your brand. Now describe in one sentence what is your business so people know exactly what it is with only one sentence. Now your ready.

Challenge 2

Brand Logo & Colours

Come up with your brand logo and colours. Think about it for a while, have different ideas and work out which ones work best. Come up with something that goes great with your brand.

Challenge 3

12 Month Strategy

Come up with a 12 month strategy for your business. Think of your goal in 12 months then work backwards. Give yourself a 1,3, 6, 9 and 12 month goal.

Define Your Customer

Clearly identify who your business is for. Think what your business is and do research into who your perfect client. Now figure out how your business differs from others.

Create Your Offer

What are you selling and how are you selling it? Think carefully and come up with a strategy that works best with your product. Whether you're selling a service, product... there are different approaches to all.

Product Creation Plan

How are you creating your products and what do you need? Consider your time, where you're going to create them and what you need. Think which makes the most sense and go with that.

Come Up With Pricing

Set your pricing for all products. This is where you need to be smart. How much are you spending first you need to make sure your price is higher. Work out ROI.

Challenge 5

Build Your Website

Build your website ready for launch. Take your time! Make sure it's right rather than just getting it done quickly and launching to avoid mistakes. Add the essentials first then work on the rest. Launch when you know your ready but make sure you have a marketing strategy first. Do challenge 6 along with this one.

Make All Socials & Marketing

Set up all your social media accounts and marketing channels. Set up all socials and come up with the best marketing strategy that suits your brand. Be strategic and patient it can take time.

Research Competition

Research your competition and give 5 reasons you stand out. Know your brand and also know your competition. This gives you a clear brand identity. list all the things great about your brand.

Challenge 8

Set Up Business Finances & Break Even

Set up your business finances and calculate your break even point. This is very important. Have a main account where you get paid into, business savings account and make sure you are setting aside money for tax. Be systematic it saves you a lot of time and trouble.

Challenge 9

Launch Your Website & Get Your First Customer

Launch your website and get your first customer. Time to put your idea to reality and make your first sale. Keep pushing, don't give up and work hard.

Get 50 Sales

Hit your first major milestone — get 50 sales. Keep doing what works. Have good marketing and keep going!

Make 100,000 individual sales for your business .

Reach 2,000 Customers

Grow your customer base to 2,000 customers. Think what's working and what you can do to reach more people. Can you make an event, social media.

30 Day Growth Experiment

Create a 30 day growth experiment, implement it, and track the results. Create a product or marketing strategy or event and track the results in 30 days to see if it worked and how or if it didn't.

Get 200 Testimonials

Collect 200 testimonials from your customers. Market or ask on social media. Come up with a way to collect testimonials easily from happy customers.

Establish 3 Partnerships or Collaborations

Establish 3 partnerships or collaborations to grow your business. Find a collaborator on social media or a business partner. Don't just find anyone make sure you can help each other grow and it aligns with the business.

Create a physical location, office, studio, or shop for your business.

30 Day Step Away Challenge

Step away from daily operations for 30 days while the business continues operating through systems and your team. Prove you built a business that can operate without you at the wheel. Prove your business is successful to run on its own or with a trusted employee. If you work alone and cannot step away alternatively you can  prepare videos before and ask someone to manage posting or create a good system. there are ways around the challenge that count! think outside the box.

Launch a New Offer & Make 10,000 Sales

Launch a new offer and make 10,000 sales from it. Create a great plan and figure out how it can generate that much. Be patient and keep working.

Challenge 4

Lead Through Crisis

Successfully handle a major business problem and share how you dealt with it and made a comeback. When you're dealing with a problem which is normal in business. Figure it out and tell me how you handled it.

Challenge 5

Coach & Train 15 People in Visionaries Rising

Coach and train 15 people in Visionaries Rising and prove you helped them progress. This is where you become a real Visionary. Coach someone in Visionaries Rising that you know you can help and prove you helped them progress. This challenge allows you to prove what you have learned and makes you a true Visionary in the community and someone to look up to.

Launch a second business alongside your existing business.

Create 3 Independent Revenue Streams

Build and establish 3 independent revenue streams. This means find two other streams of income other than your business. So another business, stocks and investments and so on.

Recruit, train, and lead a 10 person team with clearly defined roles, KPIs, and leadership structure within your business. This means employees, partners, advisors/mentors and contractors.

Challenge 4

Industry Authority Challenge

Become recognised beyond your own brand by securing 5 meaningful external opportunities such as speaking engagements, podcasts, partnerships, media features, and industry collaborations. Use Visionaries Rising to your advantage to complete the challenge. There are hundreds of people ready to collab with.
