Awarded to the member who finishes the year at the top of the overall leaderboard. This is the highest honour at the Visionaries Rising Gala — given to the member who showed up, earned the most points, and led by example all year long.
🥇 Challenge Champion
Awarded to the member who completed the most challenges and demonstrated the greatest consistency throughout the year. This award recognises those who never stop pushing — showing up week after week and proving that consistency is everything.
👑 Leadership Award
Awarded to the member who has spoken at Visionaries Rising events, mentored fellow members, and consistently demonstrated the Visionary core values. This award goes to those who lift others as they rise.
💰 Sales Champion
Awarded to the member who has demonstrated the most measurable business and sales growth throughout the year. This award celebrates those who turned their vision into real, tangible results.
⭐ Rising Star
Awarded to a newer member (joined within the last 6 months) who has made the biggest impact and shown the most progression in the shortest time. This award is for the ones who hit the ground running and never looked back.
🎯 The Visionary Points Champion
Awarded to the member who accumulated the most points throughout the entire year. Through challenges, check-ins, referrals, and reviews — this member outworked everyone and has the points to prove it. The ultimate recognition of relentless effort and dedication to the Visionaries Rising journey.
